Metal detector for aluminum foil packaging -

This detector is specifically designed for detecting metallic contamination in products with aluminum foil and metalised film package including food such as snacks, chocolates, frozen confections and pre-cooked foods.

Aluminum foil, and metalised film packaging is popular from the viewpoint of airtight, light-tight, and attractive metallic appearance in the food industry, etc.
Model ND-398 has been specially engineered to detect metallic pieces in product packed in aluminum, or metalised foil.

Metal Detecting sensitivity:- 1.0 mm diameter metal balls are detectable (subject to thickens of packaging material).

Capable of detecting small iron pieces contaminated in aluminum foil package.
Six levels sensitivity selector switch makes it possible to accommodate various types of aluminum foil packaged products.
